Requesting a refund

How to ask

Open the order in My Orders and use Request refund, or contact support directly with your order number. Support can check the key's activation status and confirm eligibility.

What affects eligibility

• Whether the key has already been redeemed on its platform
• How the order was paid for
• Whether the title is one with special refund terms (see the product page)
