Order statuses explained

The three statuses

• Processing — payment is confirmed and your key is being issued. This is usually near-instant.
• Delivered — your key is ready in My Orders and has been emailed to you.
• Canceled — the order didn't complete (failed payment, expired reservation, or a refund) and no key was issued.

Per-item detail

Opening an order shows each item's key with a Copy button, along with a platform-aware redeem button — a typed field for Steam and Epic, or a one-click activation link for platforms like Ubisoft Connect.
