What to do

Your key is always visible in My Orders regardless of whether the email arrived, so you can start activation right away without waiting on it. From the order detail page, use Email invoice to trigger a fresh copy to your inbox.

Still nothing?Check your spam folder, and confirm the email on file matches the one used at checkout — mistyped addresses are the most common cause.
