Reporting an invalid or counterfeit key

Before reporting

Check the relevant activation guide's troubleshooting section first — most failed activations are region mismatches or already-redeemed keys, not invalid ones.

How to report

Use Report an issue on the order in My Orders, or contact support with your order number and the exact error message shown by the platform. Support can verify the key against the original purchase record.
