Withdrawal right and instant delivery
EU buyers of digital content ordinarily have a 14-day withdrawal right. At checkout, you're asked to consent to instant delivery and acknowledge that doing so waives that right for this order — this is what allows your key to be delivered immediately rather than after a waiting period.
When a refund is possible
Refunds are generally possible before a key has been activated on its platform. Once activated, the purchase is considered fulfilled and can no longer be reversed — see "Why activated keys can't be refunded" for the reasoning.
